These are two things I'm trying to cut out of my diet as much as possible (and I recommend you do the same). I went to the grocery store the other day and couldn't find one of the 3 or 4 brands they carried without one of those two ingedients.

why go and look for it in the market.....make some yummy n tasty yogurt at home....

take 2 cups of milk.....
heat it till its about to boil
bring it off the flame
take a spoon of curd (any old left over or borrow from neighbours lol)
mix in the milk.....
stir well till the curd is mixed properly
then store the milk in a warm and dark cointainter.
after 3 hrs.....put the cointainer in fridge and ur yogurt is ready!!!!

Try "Nancy's Yogurt," if it's in your area. I believe it's made in Oregon. It's also high in acidophylis (a healthy ingredient for the digestive system).

You might be able to find it in natural food markets.

Try this-buy plain unsweetened yogurt and flavor it with 100% fruit preserves like Polaner. Yummy.

Get plain yoghurt and add your own flavourings - honey, jam, fruit, whatever.

Rachel's farm do a really nice plain yoghurt and actually I doubt their flavoured yoghurts have the ingredients you're trying to avoid. That would go for most organic yoghurts.

Buy basic plain yogurt and mix in your own berries or honey or whatever you want .
The premix are for the clueless (although occasionally for the hurried ).

Corn syrup? Aspartame? None of that if you buy plain yoghurt. Just buy Yoghurt, unsweetened, unaltered, with no additions of anything silly.
