we are sort of work togather but i have to break up with him for my personal reasons he have been completely fine through our relation , i guess i have to make it nice and clean we've been in the relation for 8 months now but i can;t go on although i do love him what should i do?

If u do have to break up, u have to break up. If he is a really good friend he would understand. Let him know the reason why u are doing so. Guys tend to get really annoyed when they are not told the reason for a breakup. Let him know that u have found a real good friend in him and dont want the friendship to be affected just because of the decision that u are taking.

I don't understand why you need to break up with him if you love him & it's not affecting your work.
