Read the "fine print" and make sure you get exactly what should come in the box from Pentax.

Beware the "gray market" - if it doesn't say "USA Warranty" then it doesn't have one. That's why its cheaper.

Nowhere reputable, the K110D is not made anymore!

Maybe e-bay I suppose!

Since you are Not a national retailer providing warranty ,
Maybe 50% of asking at bestbuy or amazon . . .
