It depends on the guy and what he's thinking. I've had it happen, but that was years and years ago.
Last time I had anything like that it wasn't butterflies, it was my brain shutting down. It was at a party and this woman had me completely stunned. Usually I'm a sarcastic smart aleck, but when she walked in I just couldn't think right. I consider myself lucky that I could remember her name and didn't drool on myself.
Oh well... We're all different.

LoL i don't know if i can speak on behalf of all men but i can't stop smiling when i go out with a girl i really like and if it went well then i go to sleep smiling!!!!!

Yeah, I do when I meet my girlfriend, I feel I'll do something to make her not like me, or she'll dislike the way I look or something, Which make's me love her more because she doesn't mention any of those things, and I guess I get "butterflies" because of that.

Absolutely! My girlfriend makes me smile and I get all atwitter over her! I am all butterflies right now, just thinking of our date Friday night! I can't wait to hold her hand and kiss her and sit close to her! And the way she kisses me good night! WOW!

Yes, my guy friend told me he couldn't stop smiling and he had butterflies when he told me he liked me and I said i liked him back.

Yes we do. Very many men get most feeling that girls get, its just that some men act all mucho and like they have no real serious emotional side. But like I said. YES WE DO.

Yes! Boy, do we ever! When I would see a woman I liked, I'd be speechless and lock up, holding my emotions inside. So, yeah, that's nothing new.

Oh yea. I watched my boys do it, I watched their father get all goofy with me when we started to fall in love, of course I was goofy too.
They are human, it is not just a girl thing by any means!
