ps3 problem?

The Ps3 says the disc has been ejected but It never has. It also won't read other game discs as well. What could be the problem?

You can force ejection by holding eject button for more, than 10 seconds. If disc was removed - turn off your system and turn it on again.

Do what the above says or look in your manual for instructions on resetting the system.
