The question is pretty self explanatory, but to break it down, out of the all the holidays of the year, what is the holiday that has the most recorded DUI's for that one day, New Years Eve? St. Patty's Day? Super Bowl Sunday? Cinco De Mayo? There is a right answer to this... So what is it?

There is a stronger Police presence on holidays, and people are made aware of it for their own safety. I've never checked statistics, but from my own experience, I would have to say Cinco de Mayo. This could vary depending on location.

I have a feeling it's superbowl sunday. Americans LOVE the superbowl more than new years eve, St. Patty's day..all that.

I know superbowl has the most deaths by choking. I'd guess New Year's Eve though. Lots of drinking and lots of cops.

New Year's Eve because so many non-drinkers drink on this day.

This is surprising, but it's the Fourth of July.

After that? HALLOWEEN!
