Carfax will tell you where it was last titled, but it will NOT give you the owners name or address! If you want that information, and have a good reason (such as a mechanic's lien) you may be able to get it from the DMV in the state where it was last titled!
If the car is abandoned on your property, you may be able to get some assistance from the local police!

The owners information can be found on www.carfax.com by ordering a vehicle report. It will cost about $20.
