So some hair (Not hair on my head) are black/brown (Natural) and for some reason the tips are like blonde..
And the tip is hard.
Is this natural or what?

I'd have to see the actual hair, but it sounds like a natural event. Hair, in the light, can seem to be other colors. If you have taken chemistry, or art classes, you will remember the discussion of the color spectrum, how it's seen, and that color can be determined with a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer. Light also plays an important part is determining color.
If you have not had those discussions, the bottom line is that color changes depending on the light it's seen in.
If you remove a few hairs, then tape them to a 3" X 5" card you can examine them from top to bottom, revealing the seeming change of colors.
If you are still concerned this is not a natural feature of your hair, the next time you go to the doctor, take a new card with hairs on it to the visit, and ask the doctor.

Doesn't matter where the hair is on you. Your hair color is pre-programed in your DNA way before you were born. Hair strength, texture, color, where it will grow, when it will fall out, when it will lose it's pigment, etc. Each hair is programed to do what it is told and when it is told to do it. There is nothing you can do about that. Your cells take care of everything for you. The only way you can change it is by artificial means, hair dyes, straighteners, permanents, depilatories, etc.

yes i can be, there are times, even periods of time, that we are going through extreme stress, or taking meds that will affect our hair and nails. so if you were to look back about say 2 months, give or take, was there something going on with you? say you got sick, maybe a big event or project at work? hope this helps

Idk about the tips of ur hair that are hard but my hair is kinda like urs. I think it would make a difference if you cut a half an inch off then the tips of ur hair wouldn't be hard...
