i just felt dizzy and about to thorw up s i ran to the bathroom and layed on the floor for awhile. then felt like i had to do a bowel movement when i tried i just felt more sick and had to lay on floor it happen 4 times before i could go. and it burned when i went but no blood. i have been doing this fiber thing and it isnt helping neather is any lax stuff . so i feel good right now but this happens every 6 months or so but im always constapated. what do i do ?

Bowels are odd habits. However you really have to watch what you eat and drink and gain some balance. It is fine to have Bran, in moderation, followed by fluid as in water, because if you do not have the fluid at least 8 glasses a day, the bran will absorb fluid from your body, so you will end up dehydrated. Then you need to eat fruit, because that takes liquid into the bowel. Food in the bowel is easier to pass if it contains liquid. Likewise you need exercise, nice walk 30 minutes a day just to keep the system working. The reason why it is happening every six months, because you get into a nice routine and then something happens, late night, wrong food, party, and your routine goes out the window.

take a BIG gulp of milk of magnesia and it should work within 45 minutes ( this is a once a couple weeks deal when you need to go BAD) and what i do each night is take a cup of herbel slimming tea ( which by the way does not help to slim) but you will have a bowel movement in the morning.. this tea I get at rite-aid ( store) in my area and hope you can find it there also.... its in tea bag form and you make it like regular tea

Try eating 10 or 20 oranges a day for a few days or 20 to 30 mandarins a day for a few days or 40 to 50 prunes a day for a few days.

get some mineral oil and mix it with orange juice, then drink it. I can assure you you will have a bowel movement
