every time i get out of the shower I get a really nasty rash all over my legs and but, it goes away in about ten minutes abd just feels tingly, what could this be from? can't be from soap cause it happens without it too.

-no because i don't wash my hair every time I have a shower yet I get the rash every time and shampoo runds down your whole body and face, I only get the rash on the lower part of my body.

shampoo/conditioner? because it runs down your body when you rinse it off.

My guess is that maybe your using shampoo/conditioner that you are allergic to...That can affect different parts of your body. Or if you are using certain soap on your body. Try rubbing ointment on the rash too daily or before/after you take a shower. I've had those a couple times. It's nothing serious, trust me. Good luck with that rash! This condition is probably contact dermatitis caused by water that is too hot, too alkaline or acidic, or too hard. It usually happens to people with skin that does not have enough oil to protect it. If reducing the water temperature doesn't help, oil emollients (moisturizers) are available to help with this problem.

If the water is to hot it can cause that.Or maybe you have an allergy to the chlorine or what ever additive they put in your local water
