1. Yes - unsightly

2. No - some condition doesn't cause enough mucus for blowing your nose, but irritating enough for you to sniffle. If condition lasts for a couple of hours, you can faint trying to blow your nose at every instance of irritation.

3. Depends - if there's moist towelette, there's no need to lick or suck your fingers. If not, and you're eating buffalo wings or something smothered in sauce, a dry napkin won't cut it. Even going to the bathroom to wash your hands require at least a couple of fingers without grease/sauce to open the door and tap.

4. Yes - unless you have a medical condition that you can't control it.

5. Depends - normally yes, but if you and the caller are really close and the caller knew he/she was inconveniencing you during your meal, then the heck with it.

Questions about manners really depend on the culture, not just the country or race but the region as well.

Hmmm!
Most would agree that 1, 2 and 4 are in poor taste.
Some see nothing wrong with licking their fingers, but I would like a napkin.

Eating while talking on the phone seems to be something people do to me quite often. I've gotten use to it, but I guess it's rude. I get to hear a lot of chewing going on! lol

3. Again, depends on the situation. Definitley fun to do if you are eating ribs! In a formal setting, not so much.
4. If you have to, you have to, but try to avoid it if you can.
5, No, unless you are talking to a VIP.
