Try thinking before you speak and wonder would this cause a fight, is it insensitive?
The fact your asking this, it seems you may be a little low in the confidence department, try working on that. People are drawn to people oozing confidence. (Remember there is a difference between confidence and just being cocky.)

I think so.... But everything you say will have to be true and spoken with wisdom. And, if you wear glasses, everyone will think you're smarter and will WANT to know what you have to say... I can't remember what movie I heard that off of but it's worth a shot, lol. Good luck! Be brave!
