So my "best friend" a guy friend that I have known and talked to many times over the past year tells me that if I do not have sex with him tomorrow, he is going to tell a guy I like that I am a filthy whore and send him a letter which will destroy me. He says in order for him not to send the letter, I must dye my hair and look really sexy for him. He called me fat. i only weigh 110 pounds!! I don't want to lose my dream guy over this.....if he reads the letter he will believe it.....because he believes all the rumors said about me. Should I go to the police?

Stay true to yourself because whatever happens in life, you have to live with yourself!
Obviously your "best friend" is an ****** (trying to blackmail you for sex, falsly calls you fat, etc). There's a good chance your "friend" won't do anything, but if he does, you'll soon find out If your dream guy is worth your attention. Dream guy would hopefully take your word over mr. ******'s. If dream guy doesn't, I'd say he's not much of a dream guy after all.
Do you believe all the rumors about anybody really. I'd hope you wouldn't. It's almost as if the "best friend" wants to turn you into what he is threatening to accuse you of. Don't fall for it and stand up for yourself girl!

You should tell your dream guy first, then tell your school counselor what this guy has threatened, and that you've told your dream guy. The counselor will likely call the guy's parents for a conference, and inform the parents that the guy's now on a watch list.
However. Your dream guy isn't your dream guy if he believes the rumors about you he hears. Sounds like you need a better class of boy friends.

I'm sorry, but your "best friend" is a creep! I think you know that he is, since you put his title in " ".
Let's assume you don't do what he wants. Assume he tells your dream guy that garbage. AND assume the dream guy actually believes it. Even that scenario is a million times better than getting raped! You'd be crazy to delude yourself into thinking that McDreamy is worth the post-traumatic stress that would cause.
Call the cops. Your "best friend" needs to know some very clear boundaries.

He is not your best friend for friend don't make you do something you don't want to! Talk to the guy you like about what is going on ask him for some way to handle this. If he believes you he is a good friend if not then you did to look for someone new.

Sounds to me like this guy is an idiot. What he is doing amounts to blackmail and that is illegal. I advise you to get a pocket recorder and record his threats. Then when you get evidence of him threatening you play it for him. Tell him if he ever threatens you again or speaks to you that you will go to the police and bring him up on black mail charges. I doubt you actually could but at least he wont know and will hopefully leave you alone knowing he is being recorded.

WTF! That is like, verbal rape or something! You need to go to the police for sure. I'm pretty sure that slandering is illegal, and if not, at least you will have some leverage against him in court! And dying your hair is really bad for it, but calling you fat is terrible! You must go to the cops right now, otherwise, he may resort to physical rape, and I know you don't want that.
