The last choice, but that is questionable. Depending on the age, and mental condition of the person. If the harm is physical, then it should be reported.

Depends on who you are and where you live. There is no law requiring an uninvolved citizen to report a criminal act. However, if you are a teacher and learned of child abuse or a sexual assault on one of your students, you are required to report the crime. If you are in the medical profession (nurse, doctor, etc) and learned of any these incidents you must report it.

If you are just Joe Citizen walking down the street and come across someone committing one of these acts, I hope you have the moral and ethical courage to intervene and report the crimes.

You have to put this into context. WHO is doing the reporting and WHAT is their relationship with the person who is suffering from these various things?
Because if these are two citizens who are outside of any type of professional setting, then I don't think anybody has any type of responsibility to report anything else if they don't want to.
Now if it's a doctor, or hospital or a teacher, maybe they do.

None of them re techincally required to be reported I guess but I I think ALL SHOULD be reported. These are innocent people suffering so they should be able to get the same help as everyone else... they need a voice as well.

All of them should be reported as a moral thing, but there's no law stating that a private citizen MUST report a crime.

Depending upon your position, none of them HAVE to be reported. People that are in certain positions are mandated reporters that would have to report these issues. Adults that are the victims of sexual assault can not be forced to report the incident to police.

Morally, all of them should be reported to the police no matter who you are, but none of them HAVE to be reported.

DEPENDS ON THE STATE YOU LIVE IN.

CHILD ABUSE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, ELDER ABUSE, ABUSE TO ONE SELF... ALL OF THESE SHOULD BE REPORTED. BUT MAY NOT BE TO POLICE AT FIRST.(SCHOOL OFFICIAL, STAFF, ADMINISTRATORS, NURSING HOME SUPERVISOR / ADMINISTRATOR) THESE CRIMES ARE SUSPECT ESPECIALLY IN CHILD ABUSE CASES.
THESE CRIMES ARE USUALLY FIRST REPORTED DURING HOSPITAL CHECK UP. THE CRIME IF ONE IS THOUGHT TO HAVE OCCURRED MUST BE REPORTED BY A DOCTOR, NURSE, LPN, MEDIC, FIRE DEPT, YOUTH SERVICES DIVISION, DSHS, ETC. IF THEY FIND IT FIRST.)
MOST STATES MAKE IT A DUTY BECAUSE OF FEDERAL LAWS ABOUT THESE ABUSES AND FEDERAL FUNDING FOR NOT REPORTING.
A DUTY TO REPORT TO THE PROPER AGENCY, HOSPITAL SECURITY / POLICE, WORK HAND IN HAND IN IDENTIFICATION OF WHAT IS ABUSE AND WHAT IS NOT.

I believe that all would need to be reported. If you dont believe that too, I'm afraid I would have to say that your morals need some very serious reorganizing
