ask so many questions of real live living people?

Because they want THEIR own opinions reinforced by other people. They want to hear it out of some one else's mouth. And when the people they ask the questions of give them a response different of their opinion, then they don't like that. But....the book says so!

It is not the book we believe in it is the words written in the book. There are more ways to prove creation over evolution in the world. A lot of the places in the Bible have bean discovered even dinasaurs are mentioned in the Bible. For the things in the Bible tha cannot be proved forinstance the things to come they just take faith God said we need to have faith as of a child.
You wander how someone can believe the Bible I wander why some people can't.

I think people love to search for answers...because of this I believe this may be why some are good at one interpretation and others are good at another. Noone knows everything. I like wonder...I dont want to get everything at once and have nothing more to search for. I believe this is what the interesting part of life is, and just as we are figuring out one puzzle life/god or whoever runs things, goes and throws a big wrench into the mix just to keep us on our toes.

Jesus was living and he taught from a written source. Paul was living and he taught from a written source. Daniel was living and he read Jeremiah way back when Daniel was alive. Jude quoted scripture we don't even have in our Bible. Hezekiah had a conniption fit because they found an old book of the Law after so many bad kings ruled. Satan even quote scripture.
So what is the problem with me using it?

Not a book, there are millions of books
The Word of God is a real living word
there are two kingdoms one of this earth and the devil and one of God and his Kingdom you cannot see into it with the eyes of flesh only the eyes of the spirit that God gives

Because they have faith in it. They are the ones who can give a specific answer.
