Call CPS. In the town where I live there is a shelter for kids who are old enough to live outside of the home on their own, & our child protective service agency will take them there.

There is a lot of support available to you, you just have to trust the right people, such as the police, or social service agencies. Anyone else who will claim to help you without involving an official public service like the police or CPS doesn't really have your best interests at heart.

I am not saying you did anything wrong if your life, or safety was in danger. But by running away, you have put yourself in a very vulnerable position.
So try to find a responsible adult or agency who will notify the authorities about your dads abusive behaviour.

You are not alone!

Are you still in school? Tell your guidance councilor... Do you have a sister or a grandma? Where is your mom? You can't just run away... If you start running away now, you'll run away from everything for the rest of your life... If your dad, or anyone is treating you badly, they need to be punished through legal action... If you ran away for a week or two, what then? Get some legal help... Please...

If I ran away for a week or two I would probably go to one of my friends houses. I know it sounds stupid but my parents hate some of my friends and wont bother to look there so are there any friends your dad doesn't know about? If so go there. They can help.
