here is what they said to me, what exactly does it mean in English :
gentilissima e precisa,grazie!
I think it means it was precise and grazie means thanks and gentilissima means it was a kind transaction ?? but I'd love to hear it in Italian to English if you could as I know European languages include emotion depending on which word you use, like in French ther is vous and toujs (?) and one is more familiar right ??? yes it means : very kind and precise (accurate), thanks.
"thank you so much for your purchase it was fun to get to know you" =
"grazie mille per il suo acquisto, è stato un piacere conoscerla"
informal :
"grazie mille per il tuo acquisto, è stato un piacere conoscerti"

Ciao

Gentilissima means: (you've been, or she's been) "very kind" = Très gentile, muy amable.
