I think it means it was precise and grazie means thanks and gentilissima means it was a kind transaction ?? but I'd love to hear it in Italian to English if you could as I know European languages include emotion depending on which word you use, like in French ther is vous and toujs (?) and one is more familiar right ??? Wendy
