Seat bracket replaced at 45,000 and now broken again at 102,000

Have seen a couple break, I think there is a revised part ?

Call Nissan Consumer affairs. The first replacement seat riser was not as strong as the next one will be. Murano is a great Trucklet. Dont let one little 2" seat metal bracket get you down. I bet if you make the case if they fix your current 2003 Murano Give you the new part you pay the labor to install it. Or cover the entire cost. Another case can be made 40 to 50 thousand miles is a defect in materials that could poise a saftey issue. You will Purchase a New Nissan in the near future. The complete seat riser is about $600 Nissan's cost. Americans tend to weight more than Japan people do.
