What is the Kelly Navigator Touring Gold compared to? Having a hard time picking out a tire.

I would ( or should say) Have purchased the Yokohama Avid TRZ tires for my vehicle. The best by far. With (3) different tread patterns and an 80,000 mile warranty, they can't be beat. Check out tire rack reviews on these. Rated very good.

The term is G3. K-S had been a longtime subsidiary of Goodyear but that is no longer the case. During the Eighties, many tire companies were bought up by bigger fish- Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone. Since shutting down "Cumberland" Goodyear employees and plant produce everything under the Goodyear/Dunlop/Kelly...(G3) umberella regardless of brand. Furthermore you would be suprised by the number of "private label" products thst are generated.

I can't find what price range it is in, but it looks like a tire similar to the BFGoodrich Traction T/A, Michelin Hydroedge, and Goodyear Assurance Triple-Tread.

Tirerack's website has a lot of good info and reviews. Looks like they don't carry Kelly tires though. You might have to do some research to see who owns and builds Kelly tires these days.

Being fall here you do need a tire that has at least tread that is at the least on an a American penny of
