You are right.
Your father speaks out both sides of his mouth at the same time.
He tells you, you need to respect your Grandma (which is true) but doesn't seem to require that anyone treats you with respect.

Respect is a two way street, & it was truly disrespectfull of your Grandma to help herself to YOUR MONEY without your permission.

Besides, Grandmas are supposed to GIVE their Grandchildren money, NOT TAKE IT from them!
(OK, well I don't mean to say that Grandmothers are REQUIRED to hand out money to the granchildren, but traditionally that's the way it usually is).

Talk to your Dad, & ask him why he feels that you don't deserve to be treated fairly in the household.
Then ask him how you are supposed to learn how to respect others if he doesn't require his mother or even himself to set a good example for you.

Someone should be taking you to the store so that you can complete your project...

As for yelling at your Grandmother... not nice!

If this was a joke then, "Ha ha ha [sarcastically]." If not, then no, if she allegedly "took" your money.
