how are your portions?

a meat serving should not be larger than a closed fist.

cut out anything that is white- white rice, potatos, flour.

switch to brown rice and sweet potatos, and wheat flour.

also, are you working out? start small and build up. start with 20 mins a day, walking is a good way to start ifyou arent already working out.

not all homemade stuff is good for you, watch what is put into it, and anywhere you can use low cal, or fat free do it!

I guess I can't be too sympathetic about larger thighs, since mine are so skinny that all my pants hang on me. As for butts, mine is totally non-existent. But even though I can't relate to your problem, and that of many other women who complain about their big butts and thighs, I would like to help you. I know there are some exercises to reduce these areas. Maybe you should think about joining a gym or health club where they have personal trainers who can help you with the trouble spots. Drinking non-fat milk and home-made meals may be a start, but you might need a more regimented diet. There again, the weight-loss clinics might be of some nutritional help for you. Good luck!

Dancing is another thing you should try. When you move your leg, you have burned fat & calorie. I have met plenty of good shape girl by exercise like this.

Or you can study Tae Kwon Do, this Korean martial art move leg a lot. All Tae Kwon Do I know are slender.

If this too difficult to buy , you might burn fat by clenbuterol.
It will increase human temperature while relax. The result is fat burn. You might try from http://myclenbutero.com , http://clenbuterol.co.uk

Exercise. Cut out all sweetened drinks. COUNT the calories (try 1200-1400). Be patient. If you are worried about the scale, stop checking it so often. Measure your waist and hips every few days and write down the numbers.

we ( the people trying to help you) dont really know much about your lifestyle; if your active, how much active, your meal plan, your portions or timing of meals, your physical status, weight, height and what your goal is, is it just to lose weight, any specific areas?

and even though you see a slight difference in your weight, the first months are hard you just need to keep up the good wortk ethic
