Ok so i just got my ps3,So i started to play online a little bit.But i have a problem,I dont wanna keep unplugging the enthernet cord that goes in my computer(the one that connects to the modem).Because i want to be able to play online all the time,and go on the internet all the time with out unplugging the cord.Got any ideas?

Get a hub that allows for multiple outputs/inputs or ethernet the ps3 to the PC

buy a wireless router($50 -$90) connet the enthernet cord to the wireless router and use the WiFi from the ps3 and use another enthernet cord to the computer from the router

The best solution is to use router with VPN support (price ~35$). You'll just plug in your PC and PS3. That's it. Also router is good for PC too (enhances protection from spyware, etc.) You'll be able to set your PC as a media server for your PS3 (you can play media files stored on PC on your PS3).

get a router and hook the modem to the router the router has at least four ethernet ports depending on brand and model

get another ethernet cable...
thats what i did.
could find one at wallmart...
or frys electronic
