Go for a smothie or a glass of milk. OJ is so full of sugar. Sure, it has vitamins...but you could grab a banana and drink a glass of lowfat milk and be better off. THat offers protein, calcium, and vitamins!

For my Breakfast I have 2 waffles, 4 pieces of Bacon, 2 eggs, and a half glass of Orange juice( sometimes with a banana ) . I don't think the amount is what matters. Just what gets you going. Too much can give you "stitches"(cramps) but too little will do nothing for you for that day. I say just fill a half sized cup and you should be good.

Yes. It counts as a "bad" breakfast. People always claim they don't have time for doing stuff like eating a good breakfast.... why, your alarm clock won't wake you up before a certain time because it has a manufacturers defect and all your money for a new alarm clock is tied up in real estate? Wake up 2 hours earlier, do Yoga, lift weights, run 5 miles, eat a good breakfast, and there you are with PLENTY of time :) Now you just have to skip all the lousy television and go to bed earlier.

Not at all and if you have time to pour a glass of OJ than you could atleast make a bagel or grab a cereal bar...and breakfast has more benefits than just a higher metabolism. You could always just try waking up 10 min earlier...belive me u don't need that 10 min compared to how much breakfast will improve ur life.

no, and the greatest diet failure is hunger. you will end up eating more than you need at lunch or dinner. try getting some protein. you could make a sandwich the day before and take it with you to work in the morning. sleep earlier and wake up earlier. so you can make a better breakfast. i like making omletes, i try to make a different kind everyday for the week. or you could try those instant breakfast's, just add milk. i like adding soy milk, and my favorite flavor is strawberry.

No, orange juice is not a nutritious beakfast. Especially growing people need to get folic acid, which is found in cold cereal. I recommend a bowl of cereal w/1/2cup to full cup of milk and a cup of orange juice. Or granola bars.

No, your body can't tell how many calories are in drinks. That is why you don't feel fuller when you drink soda instead of water. Your body does not realize your are having calories. I would suggest something with substance. A drink your body does register is smoothies and they have many kinds of them to go now that you can make in like 5 minutes or drink out of a bottle while driving. Hope this helps!
