The basic structure is the same everywhere. Where we differ, anywhere in the world, is the experience we amass throughout our lives. Each thought, each reaction we have makes a channel on our brain. The more frequently we do or think that, the deeper the channel. As a people, what we do over a period of approximately 200,000 years, gets codified into our DNA. So regional changes can occur.
