How long did you have them? Throw them out and buy fresh. If you bought these recently, take them back for a replacement.

Scream! No really I would call my vet first thing, you might have to check his stool for parasites. He might even give you medicine to kill the maggets, but if he is already on a heart or worm preventative then he might not need anything, also bring that box to the store and tell the manager to take the treats off the shelves and call the company and tell them to pay the vet bill , if the expiration date on the box is still good.

Keep the snacks tightly sealed, in a ziplock bag for example, so flies don't have access to the food. Or, keep the snacks in your freezer. If you want to get rid of the maggots in the food now, put the whole mess in a ziplock bag and freeze it, then sift off the dead maggots. Dogs aren't really particular about their food.

Maggots can form on anything but it is not a good idea to use the snacks if they are infested. Go get your dog some new snacks and make sure they are sealed, maybe place them in the refrigerator.

are you sure they are magets and not worms, if they were worms then you could just give him/her some worming tablets to get rid of them, if they were deffinatley maggets then go down the vets, who knows what they could do to your dog.
also throw out thos treats. and look around were they were stored incase of any more are lurking around.

If you just opened the box or bag and the maggots were in side, call the company ASAP and tell them what you found. They will apologize and send you coupons for FREE dog treats.

Either take them back to the store or throw them away. Of course you do not want to feed them to your dog!
And the word is "maggot."

Throw them out, go buy new ones and then invest in a good storage bin (if you drink coffee buy an "aromaseal" can and use it to store treats after it's empty.

As with any food, take them back to the place you bought them and ask for a refund or a replacement.
