I had a problem with it today, so I un-installed it and re-installed it. It says its there, but it wont bring it up.

you may have to delete it from the windows registry to do that click on start, click on run..... type regedit.. look for programs folder, open that and look for kodak. folder delete that and look for any other kodak folders.... be careful what you do in regedit..

It sounds to me like it may not have uninstalled itself coreectly or reinstalled itself correctly....either will do what you are describing. In control panel, go to "Add or remove programs" look for this program on the list and uninstall it again and then reinstall it again.

If it does not work the second time, my experience has been that there is a virus that is attacking that specific program, or you have a file dedicated (Like word, a .doc file is dedicated to word) to that program that has a virus. Run your virus program SEVERAL times, and see what comes up.....after that, I would say to try giving Kodak a call.....maybe there is an internal issue with the program.....or an issue somehow with your camera.....?

My money is on the fact that it didn't install or uninstall correctly or that you have a virus though.
