probably something dull and worthless like tylenol. i'm keeping an eye on this question to see if i'm wrong though!!!

The vast majority of drugs can be detected, and usually in concentrations much lower than that needed for biologic effect.

The only thing that could not be detected would be something naturally occuring in the body. But many so called natural drugs can have tale tell traits.

Analytical chemistry is highly advanced.

drugs can't be tested if they are only in small quantity. but procedures done now can easily detect any kind of drugs because of high technology

Well, none really. Unless you take LSD... the only way to detect it is to get a spinal tap, I beleive.
