Giving her a shot at the same time as getting her spayed probably isn't going to affect her stress levels any more than doing them at separate times, but talk with your veterinarian about your concerns.

Yes, no problem. However, it is better to wait until the kitten is 6 months old before spaying. Is your kitten going outside yet? If so, then she should have had her injections at 9 weeks and 12 weeks in order to protect her. She can then go out 2 weeks after the second jab. It is advisable to also make sure you have the cat-flu jab rather than just the basic as there is alot of cat-flu around at the moment.

Hi hun! No, you don't need to take him back for anything. We had ours done three weeks ago - a male and a female - the male ran in when we brought him home, had a quick lick! and went off for some food and a sleep whereas the female had pulled out her internal stitches within ten minutes!! As per usual, the male gets away without all the hassle! So no, your little one doesn't need any injections just lots of love and attention, and make sure you 'dose' him with Frontline every four to six weeks to keep any fleas at bay. Don't know whether you let him out or not yet, but fleas can still find their way onto your animals so you need to treat them anyway. Hope this helps.

In the UK your kitten will need two vaccinations to start with. They will not hurt her but if you are having her spayed then the vet will be able to do it at the same time.
Your kitten will be stressed by the experience but a favourite meal when she gets home will help.
She will be fine. You are doing the best for your cat.

My kitten was spayed at 14 weeks, and she got her shots (rabies) at the same time. I suspect it was before she came out of anesthesia, so it was much easier on her. It also meant only one vet visit also, although she had a check up and boosters several weeks prior to being spayed.

First of all you get females spayed and males neutered. And there is no problem with getting her vaccinated and spayed at the same time.
