Depends on if you're just trying to add coolant (top off the system) or totally replace the coolant.

If you're just topping it off, there is a little plastic bottle on the passenger side of the engine compartment up near the firewall. Be careful not to overfill this bottle, it should only be about half full at any given time. ALWAYS add coolant while the engine is COOL.

If you're doing a complete flush and fill the situation becomes a bit more complicated as you will need to purge the air from the system or you WILL overheat.

Added notes: This year of Jeep uses the "Closed System" of cooling. The entire system is pressurized and if you lose that pressure you will have problems. The little bottle is actually Pressurized, it is NOT an overflow. If the coolant bottle's cap does not seem like it's holding/staying tight, REPLACE IT - It should only cost a few bucks and will save you lots of headaches.

My Cherokee had an overflow tank- a smaller clear plastic bottle with a black plastic cap. To add coolant I had to fill the overflow to the line indicated.

on most of the cherokees the radiator cap is on the drivers side of the radiator at the top. However, yours may require you to use the over flow bottle to fill.
