Depends from Culture to culture!! But basic tradition is Where the Wali (Guardian) of the Bride is given in marriage to the Bridegroom and is done in front of atleast two-three witnesses and should be accepted by both parties. And after the marriage is concumanted, there is a feast called Valima.
