i would like to know whats the fastest way to get my international fiance here? does the foreign country matter? Hes in Africa and im trying to find the fastest way for me to bring him back home with me..i know about the fiancee visa but i have heard its easier to marry there and then apply for visa here in the states for him to come over? anybody done this before?? i need to know asap!!

You have a couple of choices..You can apply for fiancee visa which last for 3 mths during the 3 mths you have to get married and then start his permanent residency process OR you can being him here (have him get a tourist visa) get married (while doing those you should also start filling forms as soon as you guys are married send the paper work in). From what I know as long as you guys are married and have the paper work already send and in process he can stay even though his tourist visa has expired. If you are still nervous I would suggest that you contact a immigration lawyer..Actually the uscis website gives a lot of good information. I've even called there withe good results. You can try either one..good luck

The finance visa is the faster way. Once married, they will drag things out. Get your info from INS.

I would say it would be faster if you were already married. You could find out more information at the U.S. State Departments website. I would think they could tell you what way would be the best. Good Luck!! =)
