Be real polite to her. Make her love you. Start doing things that make her think you are special to her. Tell her you sorry even if you still don't agree or whatever. Hope this helped! Good Luck!

Whatever you did must have been really bad for your mom to say that. Most likely, she already regrets what she said. No mother wants to fight with her kids.

Go to the store and buy a Hallmark card that tells your mother how much she means to you. Place a handwritten note in the card telling your mom how sorry you are and that you will never do it again. If your mother doesn't call you within a few days, call her. It's your mother, you only get one. Do whatever it takes to patch your relationship. Even if she gives you a hard time. Do not give up until you are hugging each other. One day you may have to live with the fact that your mother is no longer with you. You do not want to live with the idea that you did not do everything in your power to let your mother know how much you love her. Good luck!

I am the mom of a 17 year old daughter, and we have our fair share of squabbles. I am sure as soon as your mom said it she already regretted the words before they finished coming out. A parents love never ends. We as children don't understand the heart ache a parent goes thru until we are parents ourselves. Trust me you don't have to do anything.
Words are hurtful, but the feelings behind them can be mended if both parties meet in the middle. I' m not sure what your fight was about, but if you want to be the bigger person and really make her think about what she did, tell her you love her anyway and give her a hug, then walk away. Trust me its not worth doing more negative damage. What your mom said was wrong, because a parent should never turn there backs on their children. Children may not always become or be the person we raise them or expect them to be, but they still after all are our children, and a parents love is unconditional. Good luck!

My guess is that your mother already has regrets. When we do our best and our children still turn out to be ungrateful, selfish and immature, we question why we had kids. Parents think that kids are going to naturally appreciate what it takes to bring a child into the world and provide them with the kind of luxury you live in. Come on, the computer you are typing on, give me a break.

You won't do it once. You will continue to manipulate your mothers emotions anytime things don't go your way and you don't get what you want. If she's a smart woman, she'll stick to her guns. But more than likely she'll be more concern with you "loving" her. If you had any respect or love for her, you wouldn't be causing the problems you are causing now.

What I cursed my own daughter with is this. "When you have your children, and you will because you aren't smart enough not to, there will come a day when they curse you, call you names and tell you how much they hate you. I want you to think back to this very moment when that happens, and I want you to remember this really big grin on my face." What goes around, comes around. Grow up honey.
