we applied for insurance thru this agent, but later decided we don't want it. how can we protect our info?

Ask for everything back.

You must know though, that if your information has been inputted, that there is nothing you can do to get that removed.

I don't know how you could get it back, but I believe if you complain to HIPPA if you tried.
