YES!
Unless he is so young as to be pretty harmless (say, under the age of 14), then maybe he isn't dangerous YET... but if he keeps stalking you he might *become* dangerous as he gets older!
I have been stalked. At first the stalker was just a young teen so I didn't take it seriously... but then he kept it up as an adult... and he turned out to be violent. :(
If he is under 17, go talk to his parent or guardian and tell them you want their help in making the stalking cease.
If he is over 17, I suggest you get a restraining order right away!!

A harmless stalker will usually move on and get over his obsession long before 2 years. If he's still stalking you after 2 years then he is definitely 'disturbed' and has major psychological issues. Even if he is not "dangerous" or violent by nature... a person like this always has the potential to do something stupid or even violent because they clearly are not in control of their emotions, are not exercising good judgement and have created some illusion in their mind about you. They are out of touch with reality.
Dangerous? Potentially...YES.

Depends what degree of stalkage you mean. Maybe he won't pose as physical threat to you, but DEFINITELY it's mind sabotaging and it is ****** creepy. I know this from experience. If he really is following you around and taking pictures of you randomly and knows a lot about you that you're not comfortable with him knowing, i would notify some type of authority.

depends how old he is
10 to 14--understandable bc they aren't very old
15 or older there is a problem theree
that doesn't really mean they are dangerous but they have a problem for sure unless you are leading them on...

umm well basically... unless ur blowing it outta proportion and really hes just kinda..crushing on u and likes to be around...
it's a totally other thing if he hides in bushes and grills ur friends about everything ...about u ..and stuff like that...and takes pictures of u ... or steals ur things..then ya...potentially dangerous...maybe u should tell someone about it.
