Not if you already have your degree.
There are three ways,
Military Acadimies.
ROTC
OCS
How else do you think you would gain the knowledge of the Navy, to function as an officer, without going thru OCS ?

I'm a retired Naval officer. With the USNA not being an option, I think your best course is to transfer to a different college and join their ROTC program. MRSJVB has a good idea, however, STA 21 is highly selective, and sailors generally aren't selected until their third or fourth try, and then the Navy looks for degrees they need. If you aren't majoring in what they need they may offer you the option to change degrees, or they may look for someone else. The advantage of switching colleges and going NROTC is the guarantee of a commission upon graduation. Additionally, you will be closely observed and rated by officer instructors, and they will mentor and guide you in making military decisions. Not switching colleges and trying for OCS is an option, but you have to factor in two things: 1. Taking whatever job the Navy decides to give you, and it's whatever no one else wanted. 2. Explaining to an officer recruiter that you didn't want to switch colleges and benefit from two years of NROTC for whatever reason(s).

Coast Guard OCS is 17 weeks, we all have to go through it to become well rounded officers. If you can't handle 12 weeks maybe you shouldn't join.
Even if you do go through OCS you're still a red headed step child officer of whatever branch you joined because you didn't go through their Academy.

since you already have the degree, no. EVERYONE must go through some sort of Initial training, officers and enlisted alike.
If you are not willing to do that, than you are not Officer material.
BTW, my husband went through Boot camp and THEN OCS.. so he did it TWICE. In some respects OCS is easier than Boot Camp.

No, think of OCS as a boot camp for officers. It's a must before getting commisioned.
