I am in a similar position as you, although I have risen in my company in 2 yrs (from entry level to HR) at a fast pace, I still want to get back to school. I've realized that I can be getting paid a whole lot more had I gone to school.
I am currently taking 2 evening classes a week. I completly understand the not being able to focus....so against conventional thinking, keep the job (if you think you have room to grow) and go to school part-time...work at your pace

Whoa! I don't know what job you have or where you live at but I would go to college. You can make WAY more than $13 an hour with a college degree and you will not have a job you will have a career.
If you have to work and go to school, just work part time or see if the job that you have now will let you work when its best for you.

Going to college can really help when you are looking for a job because if you're smart and have a degree, the people may want to hire you.

College. Once you graduate, $13.00/hr will not seem like much.
