Ice chest. Chewy vegetables. Cold cuts and/or cheese. Hard tasty bread, presliced for use.

Your obvious choice would be a large ice chest, (not being a smart a**) I traveled to Ohio from Arizona and only had to change the ice two times- just use a really large one, keep in trunk or out of sunlight as much as possible.

OR... I just got a Coleman plug-in ice chest, used try goodwill or a 2nd hand store, they work well and you plug it in to your cig. lighter.

Dry ice, or the frozen ice packs work well also. You will save a lot by bringing your own food. Good luck and be safe!
