Do not be tempted to put items that belong in two different rooms into the same box - no matter how much space if left. Just go ahead and fill it with crumpled newspaper. Otherwise you'll spend lots of extra time looking for what you want.
Buy three sharpies - Pack away the stuff you really don't need about and use the first color (say blue) to mark which room the box should go into. Then pack the items you may need to get to and mark them with the 2nd color (say black). Finally anything that you leave to pack until last should get coded with it's own color (maybe red). Use up to 4 to 5 colors - it will help you know which boxes to unpack first to get your necessities all in place.
Offer the movers an extra bonus if they get all the boxes placed in the correct rooms - then make sure they do it. Less work for you later and happy movers so they'll take better care of your stuff.

I packed the boxes, keeping all the things from one room together. I labeled the boxes with the room they were going to in the new place. Keep out anything you will need right away such as T-paper, pots or pans, cleaning supplies in a seperate area so you can find them upon arrival. I moved all the boxes near the door the night before moving. Movers appreciated it and it kept the rooms I had cleaned from getting messed up again.

I am not sure what you are asking but if you are trying to stay organized while you are trying to move, you should label all your boxes and organize all rooms accordingly; bathroom, living room, kitchen,etc.....Keep all your ever day needs in one box.
