i got 5 best answers, and 8 (Eight!!!) violation notices, 2 of them were "hi pot, meet kettle"
one was a spelling correction, people still can't spell atheist..
One was a drinking question (monkeys, people, you know), and one about pastafarian heaven...

i'm appealing the ones that are legitamate..
the ones like "dammit saw, you took my answer" and "*drink*" won't be overturned...according to the guidelines

I can't say about the other ones without seeing them, but the 2 "hi pot, meet kettle" answers and the spelling correction were probably deleted because they aren't answers to the question that was asked. YA has been very strict on those.

Yes it's happening more lately. 'Hi pot meet kettle' - amazing you got a notice for that really. I think it's the same few people who are doing it.
Anyway my advice is to keep appealing (as I am). Good luck.

Not me! I haven't reported anyone in at least a month.
I did get a ridiculous violation notice, though, for posting this: "Is this a stupid question?" There were no further comments attached to the question.
Now is that stupid or what?

It's not me! You are appealing the reports aren't you? I see to recall that rejects on reports diminishes the creditability of the reporter. At least hopefully they'll get a nasty gram back saying they reported in error.

I only report people for violating the YA rules ex:hatespeeches,racism....
But if your answers sound nonsensical to anyone they might report them as spam.I hardly ever report people in R&S. You're not supposed to report people because you disagree with them! Word to the wise...

Why is using the word "godfreak" a violation? The term is commonly used by christians who refer to themselves.
