No disrespect, it just strikes me that he was described in asexual terms in the gospels, it wouldn't serve a homophobic religion to have a homosexual founder, but perhaps an eunuch could have fit the bill for them...

What a cruel and offensive post...
"No disrespect"
hmmmm....
"homophobic religion" ... I suggest you head for Vatican and paint over the Sistine Chapel ceiling, done by a f*ag, and the subject itself!!! then dynamite David, another work of a fa*ggot, then do away with Pieta, another abomination perpetrated by a homosexual, then concentrate on works by all the other fa*gs Vatican displays so proudly, there are *hundreds*, why would the very center of vicious homophobia do that ?
"or maybe an eunuch" ? can you work on squeezing a bit more venom in your *questions* ? you have been slipping lately ?
does it make you feel good to mock and ridicule beliefs of others ? I sense fear in you... I feel sad you need to do that...
WHY ATHEISTS OBSESS OVER RELIGION ? stupid, isn't it ?

No. If so he would not have been an acceptable sacrifice.

the Bible says he was tempted in every way, but did not sin.

He was apparently able to resist the temptation of women...not a regular heterosexual guy in that sense.

It's not disrespectful to ask or ponder this at all in my opinion, it has great bearing on the exaggerated Christian interest in sexual "morality" above other kinds of morality.

Christians condemn such groups.
Jesus was not and never will be a Christian.
If he was either one it makes no difference to me as I love his message which includes NO hatred of any group whatsoever. Such hatred is a religious thing not in keeping with the teachings of Christ.

NO. ABSOLUTELY NOT. NO.

You are disrespecting the perfect man Jesus who was created the Firstborn Son of God billions of years before God made Jesus into a human to sacrifice his perfect human life to buy back what Adam lost.

Jesus could have had a wife and children if he chose to do so.

Jesus wanted to spend his short time on this earth expending every ounce of energy into DOING THE WILL OF HIS Father.

You mean like maybe the Rabbi's hand slipped when Jesus was being circumcised. I guess it is possible if that was God's plan.
