Yes.....Joking around usually stems from the truth. It is easier to say something as a joke to see how someone reacts then to come out and tell the truth (especially on something like this)

I dont think so. We men make very weird and stupid jokes sometimes that seem to go to far, but most the time we are just joking around about it. I wouldn't worry, just tell him that it makes you uncomfortable with that and that he should stop. If he doesnt it might be time to worry, but don't make a huge deal about it right now. Dont freak out about it if you don't know for sure he's screwed up. Is he the type of person who kids around alot? Then you really have nothing to worry about. If all of a sudden this started, then yeah, get scared a little.

No - most girls these days look like hookers at 11 and 12 years old. They do it for the attention. Just becuase he said that doesn't mean that's what he is going to do.
Soon - give it a couple more years. Girls will look more like whores around 7, 8, and 9 years old then they will look 24.

I don't want to say yes and freak you out but YES. That is not something that should be joked about and even if he isn't a pedophile he still clearly needs some form of psychiatric evaluation. Maybe not a sign to call the cops but definitely someone to steer clear of .

it really depends on his personality, has he ever done anytthing suspicious, or to make you think hes like that?.. or is this the first time he's ever said anything like that... do you believe it was a joke?... does he hang around people younger then him.. no one else can TELL you the answer, only you hold the truth, so what do you think.. was it JUST a joke.. or should you do something?

Yes I beleive so, these thought must have come from somewhre. Why did he think of them if they are not something he would like to do. This would be illegal and immoral and you should tell him this. I would not leave him alone with an 11 yr old after such comments. Who cares that she looks like and adult. She is a CHILD.

Yes, you should. It doesn't matter how old she looks, she'll still only 11. He's definitely thought about it, and is trying to cover it up by saying he's only joking. I would tell someone that could do something about it.
