what do i have? symptoms- nausea, headaches, and low fevers? been going on for 2 weeks....?

thts abt the extent of my symptoms. i went to the doctor but they weren't very much help...

i am not congested, have no cough, sore throat, or any typical symptoms that would point to a cold, flu, sore throat, or strep

its the flu and it last 2 weeks or sometimes 3
