In Spanish, we don't translate words like Playstation(jugar de estacion) but do we leave "American Eagle" the same or "Abercrombie and Fitch"?

You cannot translate Abercrombie and Fitch - what would you translate it to ?
In general most proper names are left untranslated unless there is a long-standing Spanish version. The major exceptions are place-names.

The general rule is don't translate names of cities, brand names or trademarks and proper names in general. Now, there are exceptions to every rule. You can translate the name of some cities, such as Nueva York, Filadelfia, Londres (London) when they're accepted as such. They are usually very well-known.
This is all in theory, of course, and you can only learn it thoroughly through usage, don't be discouraged!

These are proper nouns. You don't translate if a person has the last name of Smith to forjador do you? nope. if it is a brand or a name leave it. Some cities get translated but ask your teacher about that.

You don't translate proper names,
however, with the New York Mets you can say "Los Mets de Nueva York"

Because traslated they would mean american eagle as in the animal. Just likeyou dont translate cheetos or doritos.
