I dont exactly know what "toilet" means, but it probably has to do with getting urinated on or you urinating on him. Or it could be pooping on eachother. This is gross either way and you need to stay the heck away from this guy!

it might it might not.....must be a memory that you have just reminded him of....say a conversation that you guys had that reached a point of noticing......or it might be the bars environment.......maybe he f***** a girl in the toilet room at the same bar you were talking in.....things like that do appear to be true....you know, the hitchers???....stalkers or the haunting sex appealers in the bar.......hes telling it to you because hes not confident whether you are into nasty stuff like that......right, so he waits for your reply.....

I've heard of people talking about "water sports" and that refers to stuff like being pee'd on, or peeing on others....maybe toilet is a new name for it. NS

Maybe he means that he is gay and likes to have sex in public bathrooms. Because they have a code to proposition men in public restrooms, and that might be one of the codes he uses, like the republican senator from Idaho, Larry Craig that was caught in the act .

There are people who enjoy being urinated or defocated upon (or enjoy urinating or defocating on others). There are those who enjoy diapers.
"nasty" is pretty judgemental. Its not my cup of tea, but it is certainly a believable fettish.
