Well there are different circumstances for getting suspended and you didn't go into that....I am a situational person, and sometimes find the school is wrong. So without knowing, I would discuss the entire incident with them.....discuss how this won't happen again. If letters are needed to be written for apologies, I would have them ready to show your parents. Let them know you are accepting the responsibility for your actions. You can't undo what is done, but you can improve and be better. Parents being mad can't be rushed, especially if it is for a viable reason. Be patient, and think before you act......I played hypothetical situations with my son, and discussed the possible consequences with him. I drumed it into his head to stop and think about the consequences before you do anything....

As a parent of two, here is what works for me...
First, admit your guilt. Asigning guilt to someone else only makes things worse.
Second, talk to your parents. Talk about how you are going to control your behavior to make sure that it does not happen again.
Last, stay away from situations that will get you in trouble again.
Now, wait. It takes time. The more times that you have been in trouble increases the time it takes.
