That's a rough guess, but so is the number of illegal immigrants. But the population guess is based on births, so probably without.

Human Population Census is technically a count of citizens in a country. so groups like temporary residents and illegal immigrants are not counted in the census.

great question! No doubt some mistakes were made and some illegals were included. It probably balances out because I am sure some people avoided the census.
