that needs to take communication classes? I say how I feel about things. sometimes I get called to my bosses office for not being sensitive to others feelings.I don't mean to hurt anyones feelings. how about you?

its just your personality i wouldnt try to hide it. but make sure your boss knows that it's just apart of you and that you would try to stop yourself but your just being honest.
better than lying right?

I understand were you are coming from. I chewed out one coworker years ago and I have been labeled as a *****. (the coworker was later fired for exactly what i chewed him out about). I sometimes just keep my mouth shut anymore. It is not worth it. Sometimes I know ppl are wrong and would really really like to set things straight but I just leave it be. That seems to be the easiest way to deal with overly sensitive ppl. And as it seems impossible to rid yourself of the stigma of being forthright I would just try my best to shut my mouth and leave other coworkers be.

There is a difference to people being honest and blunt. Check your motivations for telling people the truth, if it is to help them then be honest.
Being blunt isn't particulary attractive to me; honesty is good though when people are just trying to be kind.

Next time think before you speak. Ask yourself "would I want someone to say this to me?" and be honest to yourself when you answer that question.

i only say things that will offend with the intention of doing just that however it will only ever be in retaliation.
