Well in my dream I was walking a field of all green grass. Everytime Id walk a swarm of bees would follow me and duck back to the floor and it would just keep doing that. Then one time one bee followed me. Throughout the dream, the bees never stung me but I was scared that it will and sometimes ran.

bees = trouble, things that bother you, struggle, upset, criticisim, warning
It seems like you are feeling criticized by someone in reality. Projecting bees in dream show symbol of upset feeling you may currently have in reality. That particular one bee followed you could mean someone you feel annoyed about. This may be a symbol of family member. Never stung you shows sign of relationship. In other words, that is only a warning to things you do in reality. That could be your parent, teacher or any person that you subconsciously may feel bothered in day time.
In conclusion, you may feel lack of freedom and because of that you are feeling being criticized in some way and that is why you vent out dream as bees in it

Bees are symbols of hard work, enterpise, and community effort.....So I guess the thing now is to figure out why your scared of them and why they're always behind you? As Conray mentioned, that they're hiding or behind you could mean that you are failing to notice some opportunities that you could be taking advantage of....

I think that means that you're going through a time of personal growth, but you're a little worried that it won't turn out the way you want it to. The bees symbolize luck and harmony, but also hard work.

Bees represent something which is lying in wait to attack you because you are close to something somebody is protecting. You may be getting close to a situation or helping somebody and somebody is concerned about you interfering.
