Yes its called a zoonotic disease and lots are fatal. If you are thinking of some Celtic ritual you are sadly mistaken as there is nothing in the ancient ways that encourage drinking dog's blood. that is simply a Hollywood concoction.

The query will have to be if you're ok. Your canine will have to be excellent, as many puppies consume lifeless animals with blood nonetheless inside of them and all. Dogs are adapted to do matters corresponding to that and not end up in poor health. And although you were sick, many human illnesses can't harm puppies. Additionally, dogs devour many questionable things. Dirt, grass, that little unknown black factor on the ground... And are satisfactory. Blood circulates though them like it does us, and if they are bleeding they quite often emerge as drinking that while they lick their harm. But, critically, you dog will have to be best. You, alternatively, must get some medical concentration if you cut was once that bad.

You could get heartworm if the dogs blood had circulating larvae in it.
However there are not many disease that can be passed from dog to human.
Perhaps Rabies.
