My brothers and sisters when you give 10 percent for your ties do go by your net pay or gross????

You get you paycheck and the first thing you should do is give your tithe, so I guess that would mean your Net.

The word is "tithe", and tithing is a Old Testament requirement, not required by the Apostles. Go re-read the Book of Acts.
